Justine Van Herk

Justine Van Herk graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Justine furthered her education at the University of Windsor with a Master's Thesis in Human Kinetics, specifically working in the Community Health, Environment, and Wellness (CHEW) Lab. Her thesis analyzed "A Program Evaluation of Nutrition-Based Education Modules Designed for the University of Windsor Lancers Varsity Athletics." Continuing her work in nutrition, Justine now works for St. Clair College as an adjunct researcher assisting with the Ontario Student Nutrition Program pilot study.
