Alexandra Frabotta

Alexandra Frabotta holds a Master of Social Work degree after having completed a Bachelor of Developmental Psychology (Honours), Bachelor of Education, and Early Childhood Education Diploma. As an Ontario Certified Teacher and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, she has worked in several capacities at Clair College as an Adjunct Researcher, Learning Facilitator (support staff), and Part-Time Instructor in the School of Community Studies, wherein she has gained a wealth of experience working with vulnerable populations and collaborating with various community partners.


Alexandra began working in the Research and Innovation Department as an Adjunct Researcher in 2020 as a part of the NSERC funded Social Innovation project titled Addressing Child Literacy Concerns in Windsor-Essex County through a Place- and Equity-Based Cradle to Career approach. In 2022, she joined a second research project titled Collaboratively Addressing Food Insecurity: Co-Developing Sustainable and Equitable School Nutrition. In offering her expertise to these teams, she has co-authored several technical reports and assisted in both qualitative and quantitative research.
